Making her intentions known during a private engagement with party executives and youth organizers in Accra, Ursula Owusu emphasized her commitment to “reviving the NPP’s internal discipline, strengthening its structures, and restoring faith among the grassroots.”
“The party needs a General Secretary who can combine loyalty with efficiency — one who can bridge the widening gap between leadership and the base,” she said, adding that she intends to “rebuild the NPP from its core.”
