Philip Twum Yeboah Backs Kennedy Agyapong as NPP’s Preferred Leader

Hon. Philip Twum Yeboah has stated that while Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia is a competent economist, he does not believe this is the season for him to lead the New Patriotic Party. Citing Ezekiel 2:3, Yeboah said Kennedy Agyapong is the one “called” for leadership at this time, especially because of his strong stance on agriculture and job creation.

Yeboah commended Agyapong’s long-standing humanitarian work, loyalty to the party, and deep grassroots connection. He emphasized that Agyapong’s agricultural vision, coupled with his commitment to empowering young people, makes him the ideal leader for the party’s future.

According to him, Kennedy Agyapong represents the kind of practical, development-driven leadership the NPP needs now.
