Accra Police Arraign Nine for Brutal Darkuman Attack
JHNews || Nine suspects have been remanded for a violent group attack in Darkuman, with four more still at large as police continue their investigation.

The Accra Regional Police Command has charged nine men in connection with a violent assault on Mutala Yayaa at Darkuman on September 10, 2025.
According to police, the suspects—Bernard Tagoe alias Asa Sese, Nii Eric Martey, Michael Lokko, Felix Adu Mensah, Habib Gusamu, Solomon Assan, Kwame Khalid, Jacob Addy, and Gideon Arthur—allegedly attacked the victim with a cutlass, axe, and scissors, inflicting serious wounds.
All nine pleaded not guilty to conspiracy and causing harm charges and have been remanded to reappear on September 29, 2025. Authorities are still searching for four others named in the investigation, including Yaala, Show, Joseph Gattor, Savess, and John Km.
Police have urged the public to avoid violence and use lawful means to resolve disputes.
